car2go is the new way to carshare in Seattle! Unlike traditional carsharing programs, car2go offers one-way trips, free on-street parking at city meters, and access to our Seattle fleet of 500 vehicles! Members may reserve a car or spontaneously take one that is available on the street. Locate the nearest car2go using your smart phone app and take a vehicle for as long or as short as you would like! To learn more about our program, please visit our website at or click here to watch the car2go Training Video

To avoid parking tickets and tows, all car2go members must become familiar with our car2go parking rules and Seattle home area to avoid parking fines. If you are heading to the UW Campus in a car2go, please end your trip at on-street parking near the U-District Area. See map below for recommended parking areas near campus.

The gray portion on the map below indicates a “Stop-Over Only” area; you may not end your trip here. The blue portion of the map indicates on-street parking within our home area where it is okay to end your trip.
